Barre class is a high energy, low impact total body workout borrowing on principles found in Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The one hour class focuses on small isometric movements and holds to work muscles to fatigue quickly toning and sculpting the body. Using low weights and high repetitions, these small controlled movements help isolate specific muscles groups maximizing results and increasing endurance. Choreographed to motivating and upbeat music, barre class will improve postural alignment, core strength and enhanced mobility.
